Guadalís Del Carmen, Cassandra Medley, Aya Ogawa, and Kit Yan will each receive unrestricted cash awards of $30,000.

Sponsored by the New York Community Trust, five playwrights will be awarded a $30,000 cash prize.

This year’s honorees receive a cash award in support of their work, which spans genders, nations, languages, and media.

Mid-career playwrights receive $30,000 grants from the New York Community Trust.

Early-, mid-, and late-career artists will each receive $25,000 for their achievements.
