CalArts Center for New Performance Announces Season

The season will feature works from Brazil, Mexico, and Poland, among others.

The company’s 26th season will feature works by Audrey Cefaly, Mark St. Germain, George Brant, and Lee Hall.

The classics theatre will premiere a Spanish-influenced Shakespeare adaptation by Karen Zacarías.

The lineup will include the musical ‘Bright Star’ and ‘American Son’ by Florida writer Christopher Demos-Brown.

The Off-Off Broadway theatre will produce works by Catya McMullen and Brittany K. Allen.

For its 35th season, the California company will present five plays.
