An experienced arts administrator joins the staff of the Atlanta company, succeeding Lee Foster.
The fundraising, marketing, and communications professional will jointly lead the Portland company.
Leon will step down from the Atlanta theatre he co-founded, and Jude, currently an associate a.d., will step up.
Chang will lead the newly created department and oversee TCG’s EDI initiatives, both internally and externally.
