Wratchford has served as ASC’s managing director since May 2010.
Sinha will join the company in January, leaving her current position at Signature Theatre.
Long will share leadership with CEO and creative director Lue Douthit.
Jordan will assume the title of founding artistic director emeritus in summer 2021.
David Dower will leave his leadership role at the Office of the Arts, ArtsEmerson, and HowlRound at the end of this year.
The announcement coincides with overall changes to the company’s leadership structure.
Broadnax will remain the head of Penn State’s MFA acting program while committing to direct one People’s Light production per year.
Foster Warder will serve as the company’s associate artistic director and Director of Impact.
