Kyra Sims has been named the first Co-AD of New York Neo-Futurists, alongside current co-artistic director Rob Neill.

He will succeed founding artistic director Jack Reuler, who has led the Minneapolis theatre for 46 years.
The company has added associate artistic directors Ben Wolfe and Sarah Fleming Walker, and Sarah Chong Harmer as education and community engagement programs manager.
The theatre’s co-founder will step down in September after 46 years leading the company.
The former leader of San Francisco’s Magic Theatre and of NYC’s Women’s Project, she will take the helm of the Boston theatre in July, filling a vacancy left by Peter DuBois’s resignation.
Her 15 years in the role spanned the building of a new space and a $25-million campaign.
The Tony-winning lighting and set designer will succeed Susan Hilferty in the role.
The Harlem native, a classically trained actor and producer, will take the reins of the Arizona theatre company.
Previous executive director Sandee Grossman will now be managing director.
A former ensemble member who guided the troupe through the pandemic after Jon Carr’s departure, he’ll move from interim to permanent leader.
