Offscript, American Theatre’s flagship podcast for a number of years, is back as a Facebook Live chat with the magazine’s editors and special guests as well as an audio podcast.

This month we present an in-depth discussion of the leadership search, inspired by Seema Sueko’s article “Searching Opportunities” and moderated by CNTR ARTS founder Bryan Joseph Lee. As a case study of a leadership search process, with all lessons and challenges involved, our guests explore the process that recently led New York City’s Rattlestick Theater to hire Will Davis as their artistic director.
