- Philip C. Sneed has started work as executive director at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities in Colorado. Prior, he was the producing artistic director at Colorado Shakespeare Festival for six and a half years. Sneed made his professional stage debut at Arvada in 1976.
- The South Orange Performing Arts Center in New Jersey welcomes its new executive director, Mark Packer, who begins his tenure this month. He takes over for interim executive director Linda Onorevole, who is resuming her work as SOPAC’s director of development.
- Celebration Theatre in Los Angeles now has two artistic directors: Michael Matthews and Michael A. Shepperd will share the post. Both are former artistic directors of the theatre. John Michael Beck, who stepped down as head of the theatre in December, remains as a board member.
- Riverside Theatre Works in Massachusetts has named Toni Ruscio its executive director. Ruscio has worked at the theatre since 2002, most recently serving as its education and outreach director.
- Jason Held has stepped down as executive director of About Face Theatre in Chicago. Held has served since 2010
- Isabel Fine, executive director of Puppet Showplace Theatre in Massachusetts, has stepped down. PST board member Maria Finison has taken over as interim executive director.
- Michael Barker has begun work as managing director at Marin Theatre Company in California. He is the former general manager of Laguna Playhouse, located six hours south of MTC.
- Heather Henderson has joined the 20-year-old Abingdon Theatre Company of New York City as managing director. She steps into the shoes of Samuel J. Bellinger, who after 19 seasons has moved on to be finance director for Second Stage Theatre.
- The Asian Cultural Council in New York City has appointed Miho Walsh as executive director. He succeeds Jennifer P. Goodale, who stepped down in January.
