“After a thorough search filled with dynamic and talented candidates, Morgan stood out as an ideal fit for CRT,” said DiAntonio in a statement. “She’ll bring financial knowledge, management experience, and most importantly, a strong commitment and love for CRT and Creede. We are elated to have such a dependable, discerning, and passionate person join us in the new year.”

Eight seasons ago, Manfredi served as assistant managing director at CRT.  Most recently she served as associate general manager at the McCarter Theatre Center. She also served as production staff for Broadway Sacramento at Music Circus; production manager of American Family Theatre in Philadelphia; and company manager and associate general manager of Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, Pa. Manifredi is committed to equity in the arts and represented McCarter at the Theatre Communications Group’s Equity Diversity and Inclusion Institute. Her volunteer experiences have included seven seasons as a designer and technical adviser for the New Hope Solebury School District and work abroad as a theatre educator in India.

“I am overjoyed to return to CRT and work alongside John, the staff, artists, board, and community on the theatre’s next chapter,” said Manfredi in a statement. “I met my husband Tyler while we were company members together in 2011, so the theatre and town hold such a special place in our hearts!”
