NEW YORK CITY: The Theatre World Awards have named the honorees who will be recognized for their Off-Broadway and Broadway debut performances. The awards will be presented at the 75th Annual Theatre World Awards Ceremony on June 9.
In addition, Nathan Lane will receive the 7th annual John Willis Award for Life Achievement in the Theatre. Lane is currently starring in Gary: A Sequel to Titus Andronicus, and was in Angels in America last season on Broadway. The Theatre World Awards ceremony, hosted by theatre journalist Peter Filichia, will also present the two awards at a to be announced Broadway house.
