Next will be the regional premiere of The Golden Dragon (opening May 7, 2016), by Roland Schimmelpfennig and translated by David Tushingham. The play is about a man with a toothache who sparks a series of interconnected stories between a group of disparate people in a Chinese restaurant. Michael Michetti will direct.

Following will be the National New Play Network rolling world premiere of Bars and Measures (opening Sept. 25, 2016) by Idris Goodwin, about two brothers separated by religious beliefs who are brought together through their shared passion for music. Weyni Mengesha will direct.

Also part of the season will be PLAY/ground (November 2016), a new play festival to showcase readings of plays to be considered as mainstage productions.
