GLENVIEW, ILL.: Step Up Productions has announced its 2015—16 season, including two plays and a holiday performance featuring new works.
The season begins with Neil Simon’s Barefoot in the Park (Oct. 2—Nov. 1), about a newlywed couple who play matchmaker when their widowed mother comes for a surprise visit. Michael Driscoll will direct.
Next will be the third annual Holidaze (Nov. 20—Dec. 20), featuring original works about the holiday season from MT Cozzola, John Green, Robert Koon, Mia McCullough, Steven Simoncic, Steven Peterson, Joshua Rollins, and more.
Following will be Noël Coward’s Private Lives (April 8—May 8, 2016), about a once-married couple who meet while honeymooning with their new spouses and decide to reignite the old spark and elope. Ian Frank will direct.
